Key Responsibilities

• Manage the field service team to ensure excellent customer support and service delivery.
• Develop and improve field service workflows and processes.
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct performance reviews.
• Handle service issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide technical and customer service training to team members.
• Support the team in delivering quality services to customers.
• Improve technical skills and service capabilities of field engineers.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and service escalations.
• Address team concerns and employee issues.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT field services, technical support, or service operations.
• Experience managing IT projects, field engineers, or technical support teams.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
