Job Responsibilities:

• Administer the full procurement process, including preparation and processing of Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs).
• Ensure procurement requests are processed accurately, timely, and in accordance with company policies.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals and supporting documentation.
• Source and evaluate new vendors to support business requirements.
• Identify opportunities to reduce procurement costs while maintaining quality and service standards.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and commercial arrangements with suppliers.

Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, office administration, or a similar role.

Knowledge & Skills

• Good understanding of procurement processes and vendor management.
• Strong negotiation and cost management skills.
• Experience using ERP, procurement systems, or e-procurement platforms is an advantage.
• Experience processing Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs).

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
