Job Title: Interior Designer (Design & Project Coordination)
Job Hours: 5 Days, 9.30am to 6.30pm
Job Location: Ubi

The Opportunity:

• Join a boutique Singapore interior and spatial design studio with residential and commercial fit-out projects
• Work in a design-focused environment where attention to detail and thoughtful spatial solutions matter
• Suitable for fresh graduates with a strong portfolio or designers with relevant experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects
• Prepare space plans, furniture layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections and detailed drawings using AutoCAD
• Translate design concepts and client requirements into clear and accurate technical drawing sets
• Assist with mood boards, material palettes, finishes selections and design presentations
• Revise drawings and design information based on project requirements, design development and feedback
• Support site measurements, site visits and design documentation where required
• Coordinate with senior designers, contractors, suppliers and project teams on drawing and design-related matters
• Maintain proper filing and organisation of drawings, materials, project documents and design references
• Keep updated on current interior design trends, materials, finishes and spatial planning ideas

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Spatial Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture or related discipline
• Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply
• Candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant interior design or design-and-build experience will have an advantage
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is required
• Able to prepare clear technical drawings, including plans, elevations and basic detailing
• Knowledge of SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D rendering software or material sourcing will be an advantage
