Job summary

We are looking for a motivated Software & Project Delivery Intern to support our team in daily operational, software, and project-related activities.

The intern will gain practical exposure to software testing, system implementation, project coordination, technical documentation, data preparation, system configuration, and basic technical support. This internship is suitable for students who are interested in software systems, technology projects, and IT project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in software and system testing, including recording test results and identifying issues.
• Support project documentation, user guides, reports, meeting notes, and project trackers.
• Prepare, organise, verify, and update system or project-related data.
• Assist with basic system configuration, data entry, and system setup activities.
• Provide basic technical and user support under the guidance of the project team.
• Follow up on project tasks and coordinate with internal teams, vendors, or users where required.
• Assist in system implementation, user acceptance testing and project deployment activities.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties assigned by the Software & Project Delivery team.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Available for an internship period of 3 to 6 months.
• Basic knowledge of software development, databases, system testing, or IT systems is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, or project documentation tools.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage assigned tasks.
• Willing to learn and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive working attitude with an interest in technology and project delivery.
