Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Material Handling

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against delivery orders and purchase orders
• Perform proper labelling, sorting, and storage of materials in designated locations
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the system (e.g. Syspro)
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist in cycle counts and stock audits

Kitting & Production Support

• Prepare and issue materials for production based on BOM / materials list
• Ensure correct part numbers and quantities are issued to production
• Support kitting activities and ensure timely delivery of materials to the production floor
• Coordinate closely with the Production team to support daily operations

Stock Control & Accuracy

• Monitor stock levels and highlight shortages or discrepancies
• Ensure proper FIFO (First-In-First-Out) practices are followed
• Assist in inventory reconciliation and reporting

Warehouse Operations

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse
• Ensure materials are stored safely and in compliance with company procedures
• Assist in loading and unloading of goods

Coordination & Communication

• Liaise with Purchasing, Production, and QA teams for material-related matters
• Report any damaged or non-conforming materials to the relevant department

Requirements

• Basic warehouse or logistics experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
• Familiar with inventory systems (e.g. Syspro) is an advantage
• Able to handle physical work and operate warehouse equipment (if applicable)
• Detail-oriented with good organisational skills
• Team player with good communication skills
