As we continue to expand globally, we are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our Product Delivery team and help drive agile excellence across multiple product development squads.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach development teams on Agile and Scrum principles, fostering continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments that affect the team's productivity and delivery.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA, and Engineering teams.
• Ensure sprint goals and release milestones are delivered on time.
• Track sprint progress, velocity, burndown charts, and delivery metrics.
• Promote transparency and effective communication across stakeholders.
• Support release planning and dependency management across multiple teams.
• Drive Agile maturity through coaching, mentoring, and best practices.
• Help improve development processes and delivery efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience working in Agile software development.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks.
• Experience working with distributed development teams.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar Agile project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM I/II, or equivalent Agile certification.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS products.
• Knowledge of Workforce Management, HR, Payroll, or Logistics systems is an advantage.
• Experience managing multiple Scrum teams.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps.
