Role Description

The HCD Executive is a full-time role based in Petaling Jaya with a hybrid work arrangement that combines office presence and work-from-home flexibility. This role supports the Human Capital Development function by administering end to end payroll processed, coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities, and employee lifecycle documentation. The HCD Executive assists in implementing learning and development programs, monitoring training records, and preparing reports and presentations for HR initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining HR data accuracy, supporting performance management cycles, handling employee queries, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local employment regulations. The role also collaborates with internal stakeholders to promote employee engagement activities and continuous improvement in HR processes.


Qualifications

  • Human resource administration skills, including managing employee records, HR documentation, and basic HRIS or HR-related systems.
  • Recruitment and talent support skills, such as coordinating interviews, assisting with candidate screening, and supporting onboarding activities.
  • Learning and development support skills, including organizing training sessions, tracking attendance, and maintaining training databases.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with employees, hiring managers, and external partners in a professional manner.
  • Analytical and organizational skills, including attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, and competence in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of basic HR practices and Malaysian employment regulations; prior experience in HR or administration is an advantage.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate a proactive, collaborative, and inclusive mindset.
