The Customer Service Engineer provides professional technical back-office support to field service engineers and customers across Southeast Asia, focusing on advanced hardware and software troubleshooting, process guidance, and excellent customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Support maintenance activities and follow up on digital service reports.
• Ensure timely handling of service-related inquiries and coordinate service dispatch where required.
• Generate and prepare retrofit and MES quotations.
• Manage spare parts inventory and develop tailored spare parts lists and retrofit solutions.
• Perform warehouse inventory checks and monitor whether the Service team submits reports on time.
• Provide on-site technical support and participate in installation and commissioning activities when required, in collaboration with field service engineers.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree holder in Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or relevant studies.
• Deep understanding of technical drawings, pneumatic & electrical diagrams to assist Service Engineers in preparing BOM lists.
• Proficient in MS Office & SAP.
