Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Analyst, Analytics & Data based in Silom at DYM Recruitment (Thailand) Co. Ltd. The Analyst will collect, clean, and validate data from various internal and external sources to support business reporting and decision-making. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining dashboards and reports, performing quantitative analysis, and generating insights that highlight trends, risks, and opportunities. The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, translate business questions into analytical approaches, and present findings in a clear and actionable format. The Analyst will also help improve data processes, support ad-hoc analysis requests, and contribute to the development of data standards and best practices.
Qualifications

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience interpreting complex data sets and presenting clear, data-driven insights.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python or R) and familiarity with business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Solid understanding of data management concepts, including data cleaning, validation, and documentation of data definitions and processes.
• Ability to translate business needs into analytical requirements and communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; equivalent practical experience also considered.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in an on-site environment.
• Comfort working with confidential information, maintaining high standards of accuracy, integrity, and ethical handling of data.
• Knowledge of the Thai business environment and fluency in English; Thai language skills are an advantage for local stakeholder collaboration.
