• Print process monitoring: Ensure offset, digital, flexographic, and gravure printing processes meet quality standards.
• Color management: Maintain ICC profiles, conduct spectrophotometer checks, and ensure Delta E tolerances are within limits.
• Material inspection: Verify substrates (paper, film, packaging materials) meet specifications before production.
• Machine calibration: Oversee preventive maintenance and calibration of presses, cutters, and laminators.
• Defect analysis: Investigate print defects such as misregistration, banding, ghosting, or ink smearing using root cause tools.
• Customer quality assurance: Collaborate with clients to meet brand standards and packaging regulations.
