Role Description This is a part-time, hybrid Content Writer / Copywriter role based in Singapore, with flexibility for some work from home. The role involves drafting, editing, and refining web content and copy that communicates the committee’s work at the intersection of Nuclear Medicine and AI to diverse audiences. Day-to-day tasks include researching relevant topics, preparing clear and accurate articles, posts, and announcements, and ensuring all content aligns with committee objectives and guidelines. The Content Writer / Copywriter will collaborate with volunteers and subject matter experts to translate complex scientific and technical concepts into accessible language, while maintaining a professional and neutral tone. The role also includes proofreading and updating existing materials to improve clarity, consistency, and engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong Web Content Writing and Writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, engaging, and accurate content for digital platforms.
• Experience in Content Strategy, including planning, structuring, and prioritizing topics relevant to Nuclear Medicine and Artificial Intelligence.
• Solid Research capabilities to gather, verify, and synthesize information from scientific, technical, and policy-related sources.
• Excellent Proofreading skills, with attention to detail, grammar, and consistency in tone and style.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field; familiarity with healthcare, medical imaging, or AI is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts in an accessible, gender-neutral, and non-discriminatory manner, and to collaborate effectively with an international volunteer team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle part-time responsibilities in a hybrid work setting based in Singapore.
• Comfort with working in a volunteer-driven environment and openness to feedback from diverse stakeholders.
