Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of clients.
• Identify and acquire new affluent clients through networking, referrals, and business development activities.
• Build trusted relationships by understanding clients' financial objectives and providing personalized banking and wealth management solutions.
• Promote a comprehensive suite of banking products, including deposits, investments, insurance, financing, treasury, and wealth management solutions.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide proactive financial advice based on market trends and clients' evolving needs.
• Collaborate with product specialists and internal stakeholders to deliver holistic financial solutions.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high client satisfaction and retention.
• Achieve individual sales, revenue, and asset under management (AUM) growth targets.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management standards.
• Keep abreast of financial markets, investment products, and industry developments to provide informed recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Banking, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–8 years of experience in Relationship Management, Priority Banking, Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Financial Advisory.
• Strong knowledge of investment, insurance, lending, and wealth management products.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior and affluent clients.
• Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales and portfolio growth targets.
• Professional certifications such as FIMM, IPPC, CEILLI, TBE, CMSRL, or equivalent will be an advantage.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
