Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the internal sales team and solicitor for SPA relevant matter and maintain records accordingly.
• Coordinate with the internal sales team for all new booking, sales documentation, and cancellation cases.
• To update master control to ensure data entry accuracy and tracking of sales conversions are within the stipulated time.
• To update all the data in the system and deliver accurate reports on time.
• Keeping the system updated and generate all the reports as and when is required.
• Monitor and ensure progressive payments are collected within stipulated time as required when necessitating.
• Ensure all the enquiries, correspondences and complaints are attended timely and satisfactorily.
• To liaise with solicitor on preparation of SPA & loan documents execution.
• Prepare reports as required by management.
• Perform any duties assigned from time to time.

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
