Environmental Science (M) Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a motivated Town Planner to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of planning consultancy projects, with additional exposure to environmental-related projects such as EIA and SIA.

Job Responsibilities

• Involve in Planning Permission (KM) submissions and planning documentation.
• Assist in preparing LCP, Layout Plans and feasibility studies.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and local authorities.
• Participate in meetings, authority submissions and site visits.
• Support planning and environmental-related projects (EIA/SIA).
• Work closely with multidisciplinary project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Town Planning, Urban & Regional Planning or related field.
• Candidates with planning consultancy experience will have an added advantage.
• Knowledge of LCP, Layout Plans and planning submission processes is an added advantage.
• Exposure to EIA or SIA projects is an added advantage but not mandatory.
• Good communication, report writing and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and/or GIS software will be an added advantage.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
