• ·Assist in handling day-to-day accounting activities and support monthly account closing.
• Support daily accounts matters, including filing, data entry, and basic bookkeeping.
• Assist in monitoring Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), including invoice tracking and payment follow-ups.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and assist with other basic account reconciliations.
• Assist in maintaining the general ledger and preparing simple journal entries under supervision.
• Support communication with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, and bankers by providing required documents and information.
• Help prepare basic financial reports and provide updated financial information when required.
• Maintain proper records of daily financial transactions, invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Assist in tracking company assets, purchases, outstanding invoices, and pending payments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,250.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
