Material Control Admin
Location: Bukit Raja, Klang
Job Summary:
Responsible for managing, monitoring, and controlling inventory within the warehouse to ensure accurate stock levels, timely material availability, and efficient warehouse operations for International Service Station. The role supports receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking materials while maintaining inventory accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.
- Store materials in designated warehouse locations following proper inventory procedures.
- Perform stock counting, cycle counts, and physical inventory while maintain accurate inventory records and share material report on 20th every month to GA
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excess inventory, or obsolete materials
- Issue materials request by raise ECP from the system in order to maintain the stock level on every month
- Ensure proper labelling, identification, and organization of warehouse inventory.
- Worked closely with International Service Stations to coordinate stock arrangements and fulfil material requests, ensuring timely inventory availability and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain inventory reports and transaction records to all International Service Station.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operation departments regarding material requirements.
- Email and co-mail all the Invoices & Delivery Order for payment processing
- Follow company safety policies and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
