Full Time Maintenance Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 9,000 in GOLD COIN FEEDMILLS (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. Selangor - Maukerja

• Candidate must have Chargeman certificate (BO-1 or BO) under Energy Commission. Coordinate with peers, section heads to overcome difficulties, problems encountered by them.
• Check on machines and electric panel including sub-station.
• To make sure all machines works in good order and safe to use.
• Discuss with Production Supervisor on work to make sure the production runs smoothly.
• To attend breakdown of machines, motor or electric panel.
• Responsible towards downline maintenance staff – technicians & boilerman.
• Responsibilities for auditing machineries, planning schedule for preventive and corrective.
• To prepare and update oversea spare parts into inventory, in out and documented it every month for auditing. Safety committee – responsibilities to arrange safety meeting, safety auditing at machineries, plants and prepare minutes after meeting.
• To obtain and arrange to renew Fire Extinguisher, Digital Weighing Certificates and arrange for verification annually.
• To ensure electrical installation in the plant are in accordance to safety features requires by Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
• To arrange and follow up for annual factory and machinery inspection conducted by JKKP.
• To follow up and coordinate with supervisors for the machinery parts ware and tare replacement.
• To follow up and arrangement for acting and relieving to ensure smooth production operation.
• To get more than one quotation for comparison and to look into low price for purchasing or installation.
• To look into cost saving and cutting whenever possible.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
