We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to join our growing online business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our e-commerce operations, optimizing online store performance, coordinating marketing campaigns, and building relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to drive brand awareness and sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms.
- Upload, update, and maintain product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory.
- Monitor website performance and ensure a smooth customer shopping experience.
- Coordinate online campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Analyze sales performance, traffic, and customer behavior to recommend improvements.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Plan, source, and manage collaborations with KOLs, influencers, and affiliates.
- Negotiate collaboration terms, coordinate campaign deliverables, and monitor campaign performance.
- Track KOL campaign results and prepare performance reports.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends, digital marketing strategies, and competitor activities.
- Assist in executing social media and digital marketing initiatives when required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, online marketplace management, or digital marketing.
- Experience managing online stores and e-commerce operations.
- Experience working with KOLs, influencers, or affiliate marketing campaigns.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and campaign data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
