Full Time Planner Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Johawaki Construction Negeri Sembilan - Maukerja

• Develop and maintain baseline construction schedules for projects using approved planning tools.
• Prepare Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), project milestones and sequencing of construction activities.
• Monitor project progress and update schedules on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Analyze critical path activities and identify schedule risks, delays and mitigation plans.
• Prepare look-ahead schedules, manpower histograms, cash flow and S-curve reports.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors and clients regarding project schedules.
• Evaluate the impact of variation orders and changes on project schedules.
• Ensure all planning and reporting activities comply with Integrated Management System (IMS) requirements and company procedures.
• Participate in project meetings and provide planning, forecasting and performance analysis.
• Carry out any other duties, special assignments or projects as instructed by the Project Manager.

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
