Senior Operations Executive

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Employment Type: Full-time (Work From Home)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning and execution of concerts, festivals, award ceremonies, exhibitions, and corporate events.

- Coordinate with venues, government authorities, vendors, sponsors, artists, and management teams.

- Develop and manage event timelines, operational plans, and on-site logistics.

- Oversee event setup, rehearsals, show-day operations, and dismantling.

- Manage budgets, quotations, procurement, and vendor negotiations.

- Ensure compliance with permits, licenses, safety requirements, and event regulations.

- Anticipate operational challenges and implement effective solutions.

- Support and supervise junior team members while working closely with internal departments to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

- Fresh Graduated or Minimum **1 years of experience** in event operations, project management, or the live entertainment industry.

- Proven experience managing large-scale events from pre-production through execution.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

- Willing to work evenings, weekends, and travel when required.

- A valid driver's license is an advantage.
