We're looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
• Conduct keyword research, on-page SEO and basic technical SEO optimization.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance
• Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences and landing pages.
• Optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Good understanding of SEO principles and best practices..
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance.
• Experience in lead generation campaigns is an advantage.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
