We are a Singapore IT company with 20 years in operation. We recently moved into AI to produce tools for consumers and enterprises.

We are seeking a General Manager who can run the company and its small remote team. Increase revenue and run operations as advised by the senior adviser and board of directors. You must achieve the revenue target to convert to permanent staff.

The attachments last four months. We will provide training description(s) and development plan(s) during the attachment period

The applicant must have 10 years IT sales experience and a network of B2B customers. Please see screening questions.

NOTE - Applicant must be compliant with the following Singapore Government program SWDA Mid-Career Pathways Programme is a full-time attachment programme which supports mature mid-career individuals aged 40 and above, to widen their professional networks and gain meaningful industry-relevant skills and experience.

Pay: From $1,800.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• IT Sales : 10 years (Required)
• AI : 1 year (Preferred)
• managing remote team: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• requirements for the SWDA Mid-Career Pathways Programme (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
