Job Summary

Efficiently oversee all warehouse logistics, personnel, and systems to ensure accurate, timely, and cost-effective storage, processing, and shipping of goods. Lead operational planning, process improvements, and personnel management while reporting performance to the Director.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution to ensure compliance with company procedures and OSHA standards
• Implement and maintain warehouse policies and procedures aligned with HQ standards across all divisions
• Monitor warehouse equipment needs and coordinate upgrades or acquisitions with management and Facility (HQ) to maintain operational efficiency
• Coordinate procurement of packaging materials and supplies with Purchasing, identifying and recommending cost-saving opportunities
• Determine staffing needs and manage warehouse and production employees by participating in recruitment, training, and performance management in collaboration with the Director and HR (HQ)
• Communicate and coordinate with staff and management to identify and resolve inventory or process discrepancies, ensuring smooth operations and achievement of daily targets
• Ensure consistent compliance with established procedures and lead corrective actions when deviations occur to maintain operational standards
• Actively contribute to the development and improvement of operational policies to meet customer expectations and requirements
• Carry out additional tasks or projects assigned by the Director related to warehouse operations or company business activities
