Zeve International Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a creative, hands-on and commercially minded Visual Merchandiser to support our retail outlets.

This role is ideal for someone who has a strong eye for fashion, colour coordination and product presentation, while also understanding how effective visual merchandising can improve the customer experience and drive sales.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain visual displays across Zeve retail stores.
• Arrange shoes, clothing, suits and accessories in an attractive and organised manner.
• Create displays for new arrivals, bestsellers, promotions and seasonal campaigns.
• Style mannequins with complete and relatable outfits.
• Improve product placement to make shopping easier for customers.
• Arrange products by category, colour, price and customer needs.
• Update window displays, display tables, shelves and promotional areas.
• Rotate displays regularly to keep stores looking fresh.
• Ensure product pricing, signage and promotional materials are clear and accurate.
• Work with Store Managers to maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Visit all Zeve outlets and conduct regular VM checks.
• Take before-and-after photos and prepare simple store reports.
• Create simple planograms and visual guidelines for retail staff.
• Train store teams on product arrangement, mannequin styling and display maintenance.
• Work closely with the Retail, Product, Marketing and Creative teams.
• Support styling for campaigns, photoshoots and store launches when required.
• Use sales and stock information to improve product visibility and sell-through.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Fashion Styling, Retail Management, Interior Design or a related field is preferred.
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in visual merchandising, fashion retail or styling.
• Experience in menswear, footwear or fashion retail is an advantage.
• Strong sense of style, colour coordination and product presentation.
• Able to work independently and manage several retail outlets.
• Willing to travel between retail outlets.
• Must have own transportation.
• Willing to work outside normal hours during campaign installations, store openings or festive periods when required.
