Tanggungjawab

  • Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to the Executive Director, including calendar management, meeting coordination, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, reports, briefing materials, and other business documents, ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Executive Director and internal departments, business partners, government authorities, and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and monitor strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timely execution and effective communication among stakeholders.
  • Support corporate governance and compliance matters by coordinating documentation, board papers, resolutions, and communications with legal advisors, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Manage confidential information, corporate records, and executive documents with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Organize executive meetings, corporate events, business visits, and both domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the Executive Director's office, continuously improving administrative processes and undertaking ad hoc assignments as required.


Job Requirements


  • Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar executive support role.
  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational, time management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform under pressure.
  • Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.
