What You'll Be Doing

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand customers' needs and recommend the right products and solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and new business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver engaging product presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate and close sales while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and forecasts using CRM tools.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer service.
• Keep up with industry developments and continuously improve your product knowledge.
  

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Able to work independently while being a strong team player.
• Experience in B2B sales is an advantage but not required.
• Knowledge of industrial or chemical products is a plus.

Requirements

• Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification.
• A Degree in Chemistry or a related field is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
