About Fitzone

Fitzone is a boutique personal training studio in Petaling Jaya, specialising in:

1-to-1, 2-to-1 personal training, and small group private training

Strength, longevity, and injury-aware coaching working professionals and seniors

This role is ideal for you if you:

What you’ll do

Coach 1-to-1 and/or 2-to-1 personal training sessions

Follow a clear, proven coaching framework

Work with respectful, committed clients

Develop confidence in assessment, programming, and communication

Grow progressively into a senior coaching role

You will not be expected to hard-sell or act like a social media influencer.
