Eligibility Criteria:

• Singaporean Citizen or PR

• Not currently enrolled in a university / degree programme

Supply Chain Management Assistant

• To support supply chain operations by ensuring accurate order processing, timely delivery coordination, inventory monitoring, and maintenance of data integrity in SAP to meet customer and business requirements.
• Assist in processing customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely data entry and updates in SAP.
• Receive customer delivery requests and support the creation of delivery orders and coordination with 3PL partners.
• Assist in managing tender orders according to customer requirements and established procedures.
• Support the handling of customer enquiries and complaints, escalating issues where necessary.
• Receive and document product complaints, and promptly escalate them to the designated local responsible person.
• Monitor stock availability and assist in following up with suppliers on delivery schedules and expected arrival dates.
• Support inventory management activities and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

• Proper maintenance of inventory and supply chain records.
• Compliance with company procedures and confidentiality requirements.

Experience/Knowledge Required

Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related discipline.

• Basic understanding of supply chain, inventory, and order management processes.

Special Skills/Abilities Required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
