Compliance Officer - Financial Institution

My client is a leading and growing Financial Institution, and we are looking to recruiting for a Compliance Officer to be based in the Singapore office, to building a strong governance and risk culture, ensuring adherence to regulatory expectations in Singapore.

Responsibilities for this Compliance Officer - Financial Institution

• Provide compliance advice and guidance to business and operational teams on regulatory obligations and internal policies.
• Conduct compliance reviews, monitoring, and testing activities, including areas such as trade surveillance, anti-money laundering (AML), and business conduct standards.
• Develop and maintain compliance review frameworks, self-assessment programs, and related monitoring initiatives.
• Liaise with regulators, regional stakeholders, and internal teams on compliance matters and reporting obligations.
• Support additional compliance responsibilities on an ad hoc basis.

Requirements for this Compliance Officer - Financial Institution

• Degree holder with at least 4 years of compliance experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial services and capital markets regulations.
• Experience in compliance advisory, monitoring, AML, surveillance, or regulatory reporting.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
