Salary: up to $5,500 + 2 months of Bonus
Working hour: Office Hours (Mon – Fri)
Contract: 12-Month Renewable Contract
Location: Pasir Panjang
Key Responsibilities

• Support HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding and other employee lifecycle activities.
• Act as the main point of contact for HR systems and process-related enquiries.
• Administer and maintain HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
• Review existing HR processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and digital solutions.
• Support system enhancements, process improvement initiatives and workflow implementation.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and data analysis to support HR operations and business decisions.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, user guides and process documentation.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to improve HR processes and employee experience.
• Provide operational and administrative support for HR projects and initiatives as required.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems or related discipline.
• Experience in HR Operations, HRIS, HR Systems, Process Improvement or HR Projects.
• Comfortable working with HR systems, data and cross-functional stakeholders.
