Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency with operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux), basic networking concepts, and common monitoring and ticketing tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a hybrid work setting.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently with minimal supervision, and adapt to evolving technical and business requirements.
