As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the Restaurant Manager in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the restaurant.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations. 
• Lead, coach, and motivate restaurant team members. 
• Deliver outstanding customer service. 
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards are maintained. 
• Monitor inventory and stock levels. 
• Assist with manpower planning and staff scheduling. 
• Train and develop new team members. 
• Support sales growth and achieve operational targets. 
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
