Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.

Basic understanding of accounting principles.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

Familiarity with accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, SQL, etc.) is an added advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsible, organised, and willing to learn.

Able to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Preparation of management accounts and reconciliations.

Exposure to Malaysian and Singapore corporate secretarial practices.

Bookkeeping & Accounting

Assist in preparing and maintaining clients' accounting records.

Perform data entry of accounting transactions into accounting software.

Prepare bank reconciliations and verify supporting documents.

Organise invoices, receipts, and accounting documents.

Assist in preparing management accounts and financial reports.

Perform account reconciliations and follow up on missing information.

Corporate Secretarial Support

Assist in preparing statutory documents and forms.

Update company records and maintain corporate files.

Organise and file documents in physical and electronic folders.

Assist in the preparation of resolutions and routine corporate secretarial documents.

Support the team in ACRA and SSM-related administrative matters.

Administrative Duties

Scan, label, and organise documents.

Maintain proper filing systems and client databases.

Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by supervisors.

Support process improvement and documentation initiatives.
