As Head Chef, you are required to work closely with the Executive Chef in order to assist with the preparation, cooking and presentation of produce. You are responsible for running a section and managing a team of Assistant Chefs, including hiring and coaching where necessary. The management of a section with the assistance of Assistant Chef.
