Location: Kuching / Serian / Bintulu

Requirements:

• SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3–5 years of retail experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in footwear, fashion, apparel, sports, lifestyle, or department store retail is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Sales-driven with a strong customer service mindset.
• Familiar with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Able to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while driving key retail KPIs, including Conversion Rate, ATV, and UPT.
• Analyse sales performance and implement action plans to improve store results.
• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the store team.
• Prepare staff schedules and manage manpower efficiently.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and visual merchandising standards.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, stock replenishment, and minimise stock shrinkage.
• Handle cash management, banking, and store reporting.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised store environment.
