Junior Payroll Assistant

Salary: ************* (allowance given depending on the clients)
Location: A11-3-2, Block A, Megan Salak Park, Jalan 2/125e, Taman Desa Petaling, 57100 Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Payroll Executive in processing monthly payroll for clients.
• Prepare and update payroll-related records and employee information.
• Ensure payroll data is accurate and submitted on time.
• Support the preparation of payroll reports and required documents.
• Communicate with clients when necessary to collect payroll information.
• Provide general administrative support to the payroll team.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Senior Payroll Executive.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of working experience in payroll, HR, or a related administrative role.
• Fresh candidates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own a car (required for travelling to client offices when needed).
• Able to work independently while following guidance from the Senior Payroll Executive.
• Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Willing to learn, responsible, and eager to develop a career in payroll.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
