• · Safely drive and transport the Director & employees to various destinations as required.

· Ensure assigned vehicles are kept clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition at all times.

· Perform routine inspections of the vehicle and arrange servicing, maintenance and repairs when necessary.

· Ensure safety and comply with all the road & traffic rules while on duty.

· Able to endure long hours driving, being able to fix minor things on the vehicle like changing tires, check tire pressure and the most important things is to ensure the vehicle always in a good condition before the task begin.

· Must be able to be contacted at any time, also present at all places punctually as may be stipulated or directed by the Director all the time during working hours and on stand-by time slot as designated.

· Carry out day-to-day dispatch responsibilities, including the delivery and collection of documents, packages, and other items.

· Ensure that all deliveries and pickups are completed accurately and within the required timeframes.

· Provide support with basic administrative and office tasks as needed.

· Standby on ad-hoc / emergency arrangement.

· Any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements

· Willing to travel and work outstation when required.

· Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence (Class D).

· Able to use Waze or Google Maps for navigation.

· Clean driving record with no criminal history.

· Physically fit with good eyesight and a strong sense of direction.

· Positive working attitude, responsible, punctual, and reliable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
