Responsibilities

• Perform daily infrastructure operations and BAU support.
• Monitor systems, investigate alerts, and resolve incidents within SLA.
• Support server build, configuration, deployment, and maintenance activities.
• Execute system patching, upgrades, and approved change requests.
• Troubleshoot OS, middleware, and network issues.
• Conduct incident investigations and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Maintain SOPs, operational documents, and runbooks.
• Ensure compliance with banking security policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of Infrastructure Support/System Administration/System Engineering experience.
• Experience with:
• Windows Server & Linux (RHEL)
• VMware ESXi / Virtualization
• Microsoft SQL Server (preferred)
• IBM MQ, Connect:Direct, BizTalk
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Banking or Financial Services experience preferred.
