We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated interns to join our Human Resources team in July/August 2026. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience across various HR functions, providing you with practical exposure in a dynamic working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily Human Resources operations and administrative tasks.
• Support recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Assist in Learning & Development initiatives, including training coordination and employee engagement programmes.
• Support staff welfare and employee engagement activities.
• Assist in maintaining HR records, documentation, and filing.
• Provide support in employee and industrial relations matters.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Business Studies, Management, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn.
• Willing to be based in Putra Perdana Puchong, Selangor.
• Available for an internship of at least 3 months.
