Sepenuh Masa Project Manager Jobs, salary up to MYR 13,000 in Naga Construction Sdn Bhd Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

· Lead and manage the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from initiation to completion.

· Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring all project milestones are met.

· Prepare and maintain project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost control.

· Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other professionals to ensure the design is accurately executed.

· Manage construction teams, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and project tasks are completed on schedule.

· Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards.

· Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements.

· Handle project-related documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

· Address and resolve any issues, conflicts, or delays that arise during construction.

· Maintain communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to provide updates on project status and address concerns.

· Other duties will be assigned by management

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
