Tanggungjawab
1. Assist in daily purchasing operations, including price negotiation and sourcing of goods and services.
2. Implement and maintain inventory systems to ensure accurate stock allocation and tracking.
3. Maintain an organized filing system for purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement documents.
4. Support the team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
5. Conduct regular stock counts to reconcile inventory records and identify discrepancies.
6. Handle stock management activities in the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and organizing goods.
7. Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to arrange timely deliveries and shipments.
8. Provide administrative support to the procurement team, such as data entry and documentation management.
