Engineering company specializing in Building Management Systems (BMS) and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) solutions. Recognized as a system integrator, delivering end-to-end services for commercial, industrial, and high-rise building projects.

Job Summary:

Responsible to provide complex technical support to front line service and customers on various technical problems and application. To troubleshoot BMS applications, ELV system, communications, network, and control systems issues and assist in providing strategic plan for resolution.

Job Descriptions:

• Attend to electrical system maintenance calls for ELV & building automation product
• Communicates with customers upon arriving to site and after completion; reviews assignment, analyze technical issues and provide detailed report
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repair to key customers; inspections and testing of building automation system to resolve customer request
• Ability to recommend modification for software to program as needed
• Provide proposal for continuous maintenance contract; propose for equipment, repair, and energy saving
• Advises and trains customer in system operations
• Documents work completed and submits service reports
• Provides system diagnostics for BMS/ELV systems and identify energy/efficiency optimization opportunities
• Keeps customer informed on the nature of service provided, outstanding issues, recommends system enhancement/upgrade/replacement
• Ability to prices out products and provides customer quotes and promotes the sale of change order

Requirements:

• 2 years and above of working experiences as a technician within related products.
• Possess Certification/Diploma in Electrical Engineer or relevant fields.
• Proven experience in central controls system and/or monitoring devices such as; CCTV, Face Recognition, Access Control, PA and others ELV System.
• Experience in design, construction and/or maintenance of electrical equipment, control system, building automation
• Strong communication skills within local language (reading, writing, and conversational)
