Job Purpose

• The Front Office Associate is in charge of looking after the guest during their whole stay, handling guest’s requests, check-in and check-out and therefore, must have immaculate grooming, pleasant manners, full knowledge of hotel facilities, general information of the area and most importantly a smiling, friendly disposition.
• Understand guests' needs and preferences and provide the necessary assistance to ensure utmost guest satisfaction.

Knowledge and Experience

• Possess at least O’ Levels, Professional Certificate, Diploma in Hotel Management.
• Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
