Key Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.

• Coordinate employee onboarding and maintain accurate HR records and documentation.

• Support payroll administration, including attendance verification, computation of sales incentives, and cash issuance.

• Assist in organising training programmes, employee engagement activities, and staff events.

• Provide administrative support for the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.

• Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• High level of integrity with the ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly.
