Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Cx Management: Lead the entire commissioning lifecycle for complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems across hyperscale data center facilities.
• Testing Execution & Witnessing: Plan, coordinate, and formally witness all phases of testing, including Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Pre-Start-Up Testing (PST), Functional Performance Testing (FPT), and ultimate Integrated Systems Testing (IST).
• Documentation & Scripts: Author, review, and finalize project-specific commissioning plans, master schedules, operational procedures, and highly detailed test scripts.
• Contractor & Vendor Oversight: Critically review contractor method statements, quality control plans, and manufacturer test procedures to ensure absolute alignment with project specifications and industry best practices.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the central point of contact for internal engineering teams, external contractors, vendors, and clients to synchronize system integration and testing schedules.
• Reporting & Risk Mitigation: Track and compile weekly and monthly commissioning progress reports, clearly highlighting project health, upcoming milestones, critical risks, and actionable mitigation strategies.

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience, with at least 3 years dedicated specifically to data center commissioning, mission-critical M&E design, or high-availability facility operations.
• Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of data center HVAC architectures (e.g., chilled water systems, CRAHs/CRACs, direct expansion) and complex electrical topologies optimized for concurrent maintainability and fault tolerance (e.g., 2N, N+1).
• IST Expertise: Proven track record of successfully leading or heavily participating in full-scale Integrated Systems Testing (IST) / "black site" testing.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, technical documentation accuracy, and the communication skills necessary to manage diverse project stakeholders.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
