DAILY TASKS

• Perform various day-to-day administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of the Sales Department.
• Issuance of payment receipts, car registration, and preparation of invoices.
• Contact customers for insurance and road tax renewal, providing timely reminders and assistance.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers, addressing inquiries and concerns effectively.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of documentation related to financial transactions.
• Implement and maintain proper filing systems for records and documents.
• Perform general administrative functions, including data entry, document preparation, and maintaining organized records.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by your superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum SPM or Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in administrative role, preferably in the automotive service industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
