Tanggungjawab
- Maintain and ensure 100% availability of VAC system.
- Develop, implement and periodically review preventive maintenance program for VAC related equipment.
- Manage VAC technical team for conducting preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Submit VAC maintenance monthly report.
- Prepare and arrange the availability of consumables and spare parts.
- Liaise and coordinate with third party equipment maintenance specialist.
- Prepare health and safety procedures in conducting maintenance work.
Requirement:-
- At least Bachelor Degree or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in construction or maintenance field.
- Good knowledge in chilled water system, ventilation system, chiller plantroom, smoke spill system or other related field.
- Working on high rise building.
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
