We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to support our growing team by managing human resources and administrative functions while ensuring compliance with Malaysian employment regulations and company policies.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
- Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and employee confirmation.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, overtime, and disciplinary records.
- Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, warning letters, promotion letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Coordinate staff training, internship programmes, and employee development activities.
- Assist with payroll preparation and verify attendance records before payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with the Employment Act 1955 and other relevant labour regulations.
- Handle employee enquiries and support positive employee relations.
Administration
- Manage office administration, company assets, stationery, uniforms, and general office supplies.
- Coordinate company events, meetings, and staff activities.
- Liaise with government agencies, external vendors, and service providers when required.
- Maintain proper filing systems and company documentation.
- Support ISO, GMP, HACCP, Halal, and other management system documentation where applicable.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and HR best practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Well-organised, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Working Hours
Monday – Thursday & Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
(Lunch Break: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM)
Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
(Lunch Break: 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM)

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
