We are looking for a responsible and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Lead and manage warehouse operators to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and maintain proper stock control using FIFO/FEFO principles.
• Conduct stock counts, cycle counts, and annual stock take.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, QA/QC, and Logistics to ensure timely material availability.
• Ensure all raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods are properly stored and identified.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and compliance with GMP, HACCP, Halal, and food safety requirements.
• Prepare warehouse reports, inventory records, and related documentation.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and company policies.
• Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse staff.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Experience in the food manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industry is preferred.
• Good understanding of inventory control, warehouse operations, FIFO/FEFO, and stock management.
• Familiar with GMP, HACCP, and Halal requirements is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literate with Microsoft Excel and inventory/ERP systems.
• Possess a valid forklift driving licence is an added advantage.

Working Hours

Monday – Thursday & Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
(Lunch Break: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM)

Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
(Lunch Break: 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM)

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
