In this role, you will deliver second-level support, platform monitoring, and performance tuning, ensuring availability and managing error rates to maintain uninterrupted service continuity. You will provide advanced troubleshooting expertise for complex technical issues.
You will play a critical role in collaborating with developers, infrastructure teams, and vendors to define and optimize integration patterns while maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date support documentation. Additionally, you will perform in-depth root cause analysis and coordinate effectively with engineering teams to drive timely and sustainable resolutions.
You will ensure that all agreed targets and Service Level Agreements are met, driving operational excellence.
